Our bunk house style travel trailer is just the right size for your family to camp in style! It sleeps 10 adults comfortably (can sleep up to 12 with small children) feels like home when you are enjoying the great outdoors! The interior floor plan features a queen bed, a large bunk room, sofa that opens into additional sleeping space, dinette which makes into additional sleeping space, enclosed bathroom with shower, sink, & toilet, a full kitchen including a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, 3-burner stovetop, oven, and double sink, and a out door kitchen. You will also be able to enjoy the following comforts including A/C,Heating and a beautiful cozy muti-color fireplace. We also include a 48” TV in the livingroom plus a 32" tv in the master bedroom, both tvs are smart TVs (Internet or hot spot required), HDMI Connection, and AM/FM/Bluetooth Multimedia Audio System. On the outside of the trailer for your enjoyment and comfort there is also a 18’ Awning with LED Lighting. Plenty of storage throughout the camper for your camping supplies. Delivery and Setup: Good News! WE Deliver! For an additional fee, we will deliver the trailer to your home or directly to your campsite and set everything up for you, (renter pays for camp site). Please message us regarding delivery areas and fees. Trailer full length tongue to tail is just under 39Ft. Fresh water storage is 40 gallons. Please be advised this trailer does not come with a generator. One is available for an additional fee. NO smoking is allowed in the trailer You must be at least 25 years or older to rent this trailer or be added on as an additional driver. We include: We include sheets, pillows, and down alternative comforter for the queen master bedroom. For the bunks, we include sheets, pillows and throw blankets. We also include an additional sheet and blanket if the use of the floor bed/couch is needed. Kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils, steak knives, cooking utensils, pots, pans, keurig w/coffee and reusable pods, cutting boards, cutting knives, hot pads, dish rags, sponge & dish soap. Bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner and a first aid kit. There are two Smart TV’s and a few family games. Outdoors supplies include a campsite rug, four collapsable chairs and an outdoor BBQ. We love to camp in the mountains for some great hiking in the spring and fall. In the summer, we enjoy water sports at one of the many the beaches or Colorado River. Enjoying the outdoors is great for relaxation and family bonding.
