This is a trailer with a tub/shower. It has a fire place. Sleeps 11. Outside griddle and refrigerator. I bought it because it has two rooms one for my husband and self and the other for our kids which has doors to both. I can also tow it with my suburban. It is a great time. Luxury on the road. Willing to deliver It's a great fit for a fun time with the family.
