Our toy hauler is ready to take your family and friends on a trip full of memories, whether you are dry camping or in a campground with full hookups it comes prepared for you and your guest. This toy hauler is equipped with a private walk around queen bedroom with a new upgraded residential mattress. There are double electric drop-down beds located in the back of the trailer, as well as a couch in the living area that converts into a fourth bed. **SPECS** -100 Gallon Fresh Water Tank -(2) 20lbs. Propane Tanks -40 Gallon Fuel Station/Gas Pump -Onboard 4000W Generator -Weight Distribution Hitch Included -Garage Fits Up to a 4 seater RZR Turbo S (L13’ X W77”) **WHAT IS INCLUDED** -Kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, bowls, cookie sheet, cutting board, cooking utensils, coffee pot, toaster, basic seasonings, dish towels, cleaning supplies, and pot holders. Everything you need, just don’t forget the food! -Bathroom prepped with RV toilet paper. -Board/Card Games for the whole family to enjoy! -DVDs included in a large book filled with over 50 selections from all genres. -All equipment you will need to hook up at any standard campsite. **PLEASE TAKE NOTE** -For dry or desert camping generator and fuel pump gas may be needed, please be aware in add-ons for the price for us to fill (delivery only) or renter will need to fill it. Price is adjustable if you require more gas than the listed amount, please just send a message. -If you would like us to fill the fresh water tank for dry camping (no charge) please let us know or renter will need to fill it. -Septic tanks must be emptied by renter prior to returning the toy hauler or a fee will occur. If you would like for us to empty it for you this option MUST be added as an add-on when making your reservation, please. **Toy hauler is event and festival friendly upon our approval. **NO Smoking/Vaping or drugs of any kind are allowed inside this toy hauler.
