We are excited for you to start your adventure and create UNFORGETTABLE MEMORIES. Our house on wheels is ready with all essentials for a getaway to enjoy the great outdoors. Our house on wheels sleeps up to 6 guests. It has single bunkbeds and a L-shaped sofa that can be converted into another sleeping area, which can sleep 2 children or 1 adult. It has a great master bedroom with a king mattress, tv, dual wardrobes to keep your things tidy and a privacy door. In the living room, a swiveling entertainment center hides the single bunkbeds along with storage cubbies, making this space a hidden bunkhouse. The L-shaped sofa is right across the tv, Bluetooth/radio speaker, and a LED fireplace to relax on the cold evenings. You may also use the unit furnace or A/C for hot summers. The kitchen is ready for you to cook delicious meals with all the basic cookware. It has a wrap-around counter space with 4 stools to enjoy your meals while looking through the large windows enjoying the view. The kitchen comes with a gas 3 burner cooktop, oven, fridge and microwave. The trailer comes with 1 slide out and an awning perfect for getting some shade. It also has LED outdoor lighting along with outdoor speakers that connect to an indoor unit for some Bluetooth or radio music. It also includes an outdoor refrigerator and griddle to have an even better outdoor experience. The trailer has solar panels and an inverter. The solar panels provide electricity to the refrigerator, lights, outlets, USB ports and turn the water heater tank -ON- using the propane to heat the water. The trailer is equipped with: • Pots and pans • Cooking utensils • Dinnerware and utensils for 6 • 6 Cups and 6 mugs • Knives and cutting boards • Kettle • Dish drying rack • 2 kitchen towels • Cleaning supplies • Broom and dust pan • Freedom spray microfiber mop • Fitted sheets • Indoor and outdoor entrance mat • 8ft x 12ft outdoor mat • Bathroom hand towel and floor mat • Outdoor griddle with spatula, tongs and cleaning brush. ***Things to Note*** -Propane tank is not included. It is used for stove, outdoor griddle, unit furnace and water heater. It will be charged at every rental upon return unless specified by the renter to not include it. - Trash and personal items must be taken at the end of your stay. - Trailer must be returned in the same cleaned condition as it was received. - All kitchen items must be washed before returning. - NO bikes and/or firewood allowed inside trailer. - Smoking or Tobacco use is PROHIBITED inside the trailer. Included but not limited to marijuana products, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, pipes, cigar, snuff or chewing Tobacco. - Awnings must be closed when windy or unattended. - SRA will be e-mailed upon reservation and must be sign before trailer delivery. Additional Fees: - Pet damage will have a $800+ fee. - If trailer is not returned cleaned as it was released, there will be an additional $150 cleaning fee. If trailer is excessively dirty and detailing is needed, there will be a $250 plus additional charge. - Failure to cooperate to the NO SMOKING rule will have the deposit forfeited plus ozone machine rental. - On-site dumping fee $40. - Guest is responsible to pay entrance fee to deliver and pick up trailer. Fee varies per campground. **Delivery time to site is between 2:00pm to 6:00pm and pick up from site is between 8:00am and 10:00am. Time will be set a week prior delivery. If guest is not on time at the delivery and/or pick up site with-in 2 hours of agreed time, there will be an additional $40 late fee. After 2 hours of agreed time there will be an additional 1-day fee charged. ***Guest is responsible to pay entrance fee to deliver and pick up trailer. Fee varies per campground. ***Verified renter must be present at time of delivery. If renter is not present, trailer will not be left on site, trip will be cancelled and there will be NO reimbursement.
