Everything thing was satisfactory. The owners were friendly. The walk thru was well explained on how Everything worked. The rv drove good on the road. The a/c worked well. The stove n fridge worked. Overall my family enjoyed the rv. Thank you. Only small thing is couldn't access the outside fridge.. I would rent from them again . Thank you for sharing your rv.

This is a far cry from like new. In who’s eyes? We are not being reimbursed for $345. For a factory mechanical and electrical problem. There was no manual and owners new it was our first time. I would New rent from them and discourage others. Ok ready. 1. RV was very dirty. Wife had to clean it before loading. Although returning cleaner than received. 2. Hydraulic line broke in route. At front Ty Jack. Temporary pinch off. Unable to use stabilizer due to mechanical malfunction. Not due to us. Cost $354.00 2. Freezer/refrigerator not working properly. Freezer froze food then defrosted food. Causing loss of lobster and beef Wellingtons. $150. Bad seal on refrigerator. 3. Use shower lights go off. 4. Flush toilet radio goes on. 5. Slider had electrical problem. Repaired by mechanic. Unable to use for 2 days. 6. Generator unable to start unless tv engine turned on. 7. Oven doesn’t work. Due to broken burner. Pilot works only if depressed. 8. Retract on step motor making grinding noise. 9. No how to manual.

Catalina and her Husband were GREAT!!! The RV felt like a home on wheels. It had everything my family needed to enjoy our trip. I recommend this RV...
