As a family of four with teenagers, we have outgrown this little trailer. but don't want to part with it! In the past we were Airbnb super hosts. We will make sure the trailer is set and has all the essentials needed. We want you to enjoy what this little trailer has to offer and head out on new adventures and make lasting memories. The Forest River R-Pod is a premier lightweight, ultra-lite travel trailer designed for easy towing by SUVs and mid-size trucks. It offers modern, functional living space for couples or small families. HH POD equipped with: - queen sized bed (60” x 74”) - kitchen slide out with sink, stove top, refrigerator, and microwave/convection oven - U-shaped dining area for indoor dining (which also converts to a sleeping area (44” x 74”) - all in one, compact, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet - outdoor storage with picnic table covers, levels and leveling pads - outdoor shower - outdoor rug INCLUDED in your rental are: - bedding and towels for 2 - plates, cups, bowls, flatware - basic kitchen supplies (pans, mixing bowls, utensils, cutting board) - coffee maker-keurig - kitchen towels - RV toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap Optional Upgrades: - sewage dump $75, let me take care of the dirty work - pet rent $25 per booking, bring your furry friend with you Helpful information: - Burning Man is a great event. This RV, however, will remain playa dust free and is not available for Burning Man rentals. - The septic system in an RV is a delicate system which requires the use of RV toilet paper (1 roll for every 2 days of rental is provided). Should non-RV paper be used, and I will be able to tell, there will be $100 retained from your security deposit to clean the septic system.
