RV Rules / Guest Guidelines Please review the following before your trip: Bedding Requirements 1. Guests must bring their own bedding and pillows. 2. Mattress sizes: • RV Queen Bed: 60” x 75” • Bunk Beds (2): 30” x 75” (Twin size) 3. Please bring fitted sheets, blankets, and pillows for all beds. General Rules 4. No smoking inside the trailer. 5. No pets unless approved in advance. 6. No parties or large gatherings. 7. Do not climb on the roof. 8. Do not tamper with trailer equipment or connections. Cleanliness & Responsibility 9. Please keep the trailer clean and return it in the same condition. 10. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning, damages, or missing items. Toilet & Tank Use 11. Only RV-safe toilet paper should be flushed. 12. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products. Hookups & Dumping 13. Please confirm if your campsite has full hookups (water, electric, sewer). 14. If your site does not have sewer hookup, a dumping service will be required. 15. Additional charges will apply for black and gray tank dumping services. 16. Portable gray tank (if provided) is for sink and shower use only. Communication 17. Please confirm campsite details and any add-on services at least 1 week prior to your booking.
