Meet our 2018 Grand Design Imagine 2800BH — the travel trailer that’s taken our family on some unforgettable adventures and is ready to do the same for you. From watching the red rocks glow at sunrise in Sedona, to quiet desert nights under the stars in Joshua Tree, this trailer has been our home base for it all. We’ve parked near the coast at Camp Pendleton, fallen asleep to ocean breezes in Carlsbad, and taken it on longer journeys out to Carlsbad Caverns and the stunning white sands of White Sands National Park. It’s carried us through the towering cliffs of Zion and the surreal landscapes of Bryce Canyon, giving us a comfortable place to recharge after long days of exploring. Whether it was early morning coffee outside, campfire dinners with the kids, or cozy nights inside after a day of hiking — this trailer made those moments easy and memorable. With a spacious bunkhouse, plenty of storage, and room for the whole family, it’s built for both adventure and comfort. Everything works great, and it’s been well cared for. The toilet requires more attention to fully flush waste into the tank with water, failure to do so will result in a shallow clog (the result of very little water being flushed with too much toilet paper). Toilet operates at 2 different stages. Stage 1: 1/8 depress of pedal - water flows to fill the bowl, Stage 2: full depress allows water to flow and for waste to wash into Black tank. Please ONLY flush toilet paper, no feminine products down the toilet. Shower: about .7 gallons per minute from head. If not connected to sewer, be mindful that you have about 40 minutes of shower capacity before the tank must be emptied. Preheat water using electric (if on shore power) and activate the gas heater. This will ensure water is hot when you are ready to shower. Stove: cooktop glass rotated out of the way, depress burner knob to flame icon and twist the ignition knob till the flame catches at the burner. Same for the oven. Oven will need to be monitored closely as things will cook much quicker with propane and in such a small space.
