Our bunk house style travel trailer is just the right size for your family to camp in style! Easily towable by an SUV or truck as the dry weight is 4,081 pounders! It sleeps up to 5 adults comfortably (can sleep more with small children). The interior floor plan features a true queen bed, double size bunk beds that are 4 feet wide, dinette which makes into additional sleeping space, enclosed bathroom with sink, mirror, shower and toilet. This home on wheels also has a full kitchen including a huge refrigerator, freezer, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, microwave convection oven, and large sink. You will also be able to enjoy the following comforts including A/C, Heating, 27” TV with ROKU (Internet or hot spot required), HDMI Connection, and AM/FM/Bluetooth Multimedia Audio System. On the outside of the trailer for your enjoyment and comfort there is also a 15’ Awning with speakers and LED Lighting, Exterior water sprayer, and outdoor griddle. Storage is no issue with this trailer and you won’t be waiting for water to heat up, as there’s an electric water heater! For an additional fee, we will deliver the trailer to your home or directly to your campsite and set everything up for you, (renter pays for camp site). Please message us regarding delivery areas and fees. Cleaning and Preparation: We do charge a cleaning fee for each rental of $75.00. This helps us cover the time it takes to clean the interior and exterior of the trailer, stock consumable camping supplies, cost of cleaning supplies, laundering all linens, and preparing the trailer for each rental so that we can comply with CDC recommendations for cleaning and sanitization. Additional Items Included with Rental: Coffee maker and k-pods, Disposable Coffee Cups, Plastic Plates, Plastic Cups, Forks, Knives and Spoons, Cooking Utensils, outdoor griddle, 4 rolls of RV safe toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, outdoor spray hose, Kitchen Towels and Rags, sheet for queen bed (comforter and pillows not included), Fitted Sheets for Bunk Beds (additional sheets are provided for use dinette if needed), Outdoor Rug, Door Mat, Small Outdoor Folding Table, Broom/Dustpan, UNO cards, and Hoses for Septic and Clean Water.
