Plan your next camping adventure with this perfectly sized motorhome. This 27' Coachmen Leprechaun, which we have named "Shamus", is one of the most reliable motorhomes, with great drivability and road comfort for any beginner RV'er. This unit sleeps up to 7 people, it has a rear slide out with a queen size bed, with plenty of room in the master bedroom. It also has a queen sized sleeping area above the cab of the truck, along with a twin and a single dinette booth, that both fold down into a sleep area. The single dinette sleeping area is only suitable for a kid, as its only 62" long. Bring your fur companion(s) along to enjoy the vacation! Dropoff's and airport pickup can be arranged, this will be determined upon our availability. Delivery fee posted is each way, as we will need a secondary vehicle to return home. It is preferred for our guests to be dropped off at our place for picking up the RV, although we can allow parking at our place for a small $50 add-on. We will not be liable for any theft/damage to a guest's vehicle that is parked at our place. Keurig coffee machine provided with 2 pods per day (additional pods can be purchased with add-on feature). Crockpot, toaster, cookware/dinnerware provided, along with 4 bath towels, dish cloths, and cleaning supplies. Linens provided for the master bedroom and bed above the cab. *Additional Linens is an add-on that will be needed if using the fold-down dinette beds.* Renters travelling with pets will be liable for any damage, or if extensive cleaning is required to return to the original cleanliness of unit. This is a brand new 2022 Shadow Cruiser and it's ready for a brand new journey in the summer. It has 4 single bunk beds, 1 king bed, dinette table that can be converted to double bed and a sofa bed which will allow up to 10 sleeps in total. Kitchen has a gas stow, oven, microwave, fridge and a freezer. It's also has stainless steel faucet with sink and plenty of space for pantry storage. And it also has a outdoor kitchen and a fridge which is perfect for an outdoor BBQ and some cold beer. RV is also comes with beautiful internal bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. We will be able to offer my 2023 RAM 1500 truck to tow if you don't want to use your vehicle to tow. Please contact me for more information about the truck or the trailer. Smoking is not allowed inside the trailer. We will stock enough RV toilet paper for your stay. Please DO NOT flush or use regular toilet paper.

Each bunk can hold up to 250lbs. And 6 feet 2 inches in length. When not in use, a lower bunk can be converted into a table perfect for two to play games or relax and read a book. The three piece bathroom features a large stand up shower with a skylight. The unit is also equipped with AC (powered sites only), touch screen heating system and 2-30lbs propane tanks. The outdoor kitchen includes a double gas burner, sink with running water, and small fridge. It is equipped with a full-length power awning, Bluetooth speakers both inside and out, along with interior and exterior LED lighting to set the mood for those cozy campfire nights.
