Sleeps up to 8 but 6 comfortably (unless multiple kids), inside and outside shower. Everything works great including the heater on colder nights, and even better is the AC! There's a CD player that also has Bluetooth. Has 2 20lbs propane tanks that will be full on pickup, and will need to be refilled before drop off (or add on a prepay for this and we will do it for you). For beds there is one set of double size bunk beds, prefer smaller people to sleep on the top, the table folds down to a bed as well as the couch folds out to a bed. Basic utensils, a pot and pan are included. Must bring your own bedding and towels. Must indicate if you need trailer filled with water as trailer will show up dry without it. No smoking or vaping inside, smoking inside could potentially result in the damage deposit being held to professionally clean to try and get the smell out. Small pets can be discussed for an extra fee. Pickup and drop off times will be discussed at booking. These times can vary based on our rental needs. An outdoor adventure awaits! Bring the whole family, including the dog. This spacious trailer has plenty of room for all your things. Queen size bed in the bedroom, double size air mattress on the fold out couch plus a bit of room for a small mattress or playpen on the floor for an extra child. Table and 4 chairs with a table extension to allow room for one or two more. DVD player for those potential rainy days. Private bathroom with lots of storage and tall enough shower for at least a 6'5" person. The trailer has a 4" lift (professionally installed) so it's great for getting out in the bush or pulling with a higher truck. Trailer hitch on the back for towing your boat/quads/toys with you (2" receiver and 4-pin plug professionally installed). Propane use is included in the daily rate, no extra fee there. Pets must stay off the furniture. No smoking in the trailer. Trailer has two adult camping chairs, 2 child camping chairs, a toaster, tea kettle, small coffee maker (with filters), 3 sizes of pots, medium pan, small baking sheet, medium mixing bowl, eating cutlery, dish drying rack, cheese grater, pot holder, and oven mitt. This beautiful Class A DIESEL motorhome sleeps 10 and includes a motorized queen-sized bunk over the cab, twin bunks, jackknife sofa, fold-down table and a queen bedroom at the rear. The massive windshield is perfect for catching all the views on your next roadtrip! There is an abundance of storage and we provide cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, camping chairs, and BBQ at no extra charge. There are two slides (one super slide) for increased living area, 6 TVs for rainy days (dining, hallway, bedroom, 2 in bunks, outdoor entertainment system) and a powerful built-in generator to allow for dry camping. Our beautiful RV also features a washer, dryer, on-demand water heater, convection microwave, induction stovetop and residential fridge. This unit is a treat to drive with air suspension, auto-levelling jacks and a back-up camera. At less than 35’ total length, you can fit in any campground. There is a lot of storage inside and out, a total of 8 seatbelts and the tires are rated for mud and snow. Fully functional bathroom with shower and bathtub for the kids, as well as outside shower. Electric hitch for easy loading and unloading. Trailer length from bumper to hitch is 34 feet. Included is hitch lock for theft protection. Has outside kitchen with sink and fridge and propane stove, with barbeque and separate mount as well. Fully functional electric awning with great bluetooth stereo system, speakers throughout the trailer as well as outside speakers, fantastic lighting with the awning system as well

Hello I’m renting out my trailer it’s a 2019 bumper pull It’s 38 feet long so lots a room inside Has 2 slide outs Sleeps 8-10 but I wouldn’t put 8-10 adults in there The table and couch in main area fold into beds they can be doubles for kids but would be to small for 2 adults each Master bed sleeps 2 Pull out couch sleeps 1-2 Table folds down and sleeps 1-2 Then front has quad bunks and sleeps 4 Also has 2 doors one for master bedroom and one for the rest the camper Has an awning It’s got heat and AC Trailer is pretty bare but bring your sleeping bags and pillows And some plastic cutlery and your good to go 👍🏾 I have a generator u can rent also I can haul it for u if u need There is no sewage dump fee No cleaning fee if u acually bring it back clean! And no other hidden fees just one Flate rate per night unless other wise agreed on No problem renting out for one night but extra 40$ fee applies Important to note I can not pick up or deliver RV on sundays Other important thing to note is the fridge is a big fridge but it doesn’t run on propane so it only works when u are plugged into 110v power. Pick up time is 3pm Return time is 11 Am I’m not to worried or picky About these times unless I have a rental coming and going the same day so please communicate and confirm the times for pick up and drop of if u are wanting different times. Sorry for the pics the app would not let me upload the ones I wanted camper is a 2006 cougar keystone 244 EFS renting out my 5th wheel trailer It’s a good size and sleeps 6 people in the floor plan on my photos it shows 2 chairs at the back the camper but mine has a pull out couch One bed in master bedroom sleeps 2 Dinning table folds down an sleeps 2 Then the couch is a pull out couch that sleeps 2 Full kitchen, Has Electric jacks Has heat and AC, 1 slide out Trailer has everything a trailer would have it’s nothing fancy but it works well There is no cleaning fee but I hope u will be respectful and clean it your self before u return it. No fee to empty out the sewer. The added cost would be your propane And a genorator if u have no power hook up Any question ask away I have no problem renting this out for 1 night/day but an extra service fee of 50$ will apply Delivery and pick up I can do any day but sundays Trailer is also for sale for 14000$

There is plenty of space for everyone in our Fehradise on wheels! Step inside the entrance closest to the front and see a queen bed with storage space underneath to the right. There are dual wardrobes and an overhead cabinet for storage. Straight ahead inside the door find a entertainment center for your enjoyment with storage both above and below. The entertainment center can easily be viewed by the u-shaped dinette, which also coverts into a bed. The sleeper sofa converts into a hide-a-bed. In the kitchen cook up your favourite meals with a three burner range, microwave oven, and kitchen sink for easy cleanup. There is also a refrigerator and pantry for food and dry good storage plus more. We provide a Keurig (pods included) and a toaster. Pots, pans, and dinnerware are included. Just need to bring your food! In the rear there is a bathroom with a private entry door. The bath features a tub/shower, toilet, and sink with medicine cabinet. The private entry makes it easy to access when you are enjoying the outdoors. A set of double bed bunks in the right rear corner provides plenty of sleeping for the kiddos or extra guests. A ladder in the rear makes accessing the top bunk easy. Linens, blankets, and pillows are included. An outdoor refrigerator is perfect for accessing drinks while outside. There is also an 18' awning and exterior storage access up front on both sides of the trailer, and so much more!
