We are new to the RV scene but have been hiking, biking, Skiing, Snowboarding, White water rafting, Trail running, snow shoeing, car camping, Backpacking, Kayaking, and Paddleboarding all over New England over the past 30years. We bring our 2 dogs Hades and Finn when ever we can. Now that we have the Pleasure Way it is our base camp. Complete with bathroom kitchen & refrigerator. Scott answered all my questions before I rented as I had never operated an RV. We were embarking on a 2 week trip and decided to try out a small RV van. Scott went over everything before we left and was available by phone for any questions I had while on the road. The van was clean and comfy and had plenty of power to get us up and down the mountain roads. Everything operated smoothly. We did have a slight problem with the AC unit but Scott but Scott was able to find an RV service business that was along our planned route and was able to fix it quickly so we could continue our trip without a change of plans.
Scott gave us accurate informations before renting the RV, and continued to provide detailed orientation when we picked it up. He is friendly and supportive. We ran into a question during the trip, and he was responsive to help us out. We enjoyed working with him.
