AJ (owner) and RV were fantastic. RVezy was non responsive at first when attempting to change my reservation then a pest attempting to sell additional insurance that I did not need or want. I'll book "Big Red" again but unless RVezy makes some changes will do so through another provider.

Fantastic support and responsiveness from owner renting this excellent camper. I'll definitely do so again, "Big Red" was the perfect extra guest room. However, Rvezy has been a big disappointment. They were unresponsive when I first booked and wanted to change the reservation, afterwards they continued to try to charge for insurance that was not needed or wanted. In the future I would book this camper through a competitor website.

He delivered the trailer on time, ( he actually did the entire set-up before we arrived, even the chairs and outdoor carpet were installed when we arrived, we just needed to enjoy! Thank you A.J. for making this vacation stress free and so confortable! 5 stars service!! Next time we go back we will get Big Red again for sure!
