It is great for a weekend getaway or an extended stay at a campgrounds with full hookups. Grey water tank (shower & sinks) holds only 66 gallon. Black water tank (Bathroom) holds 42 gallons. This is a brand New 2021 camper that sleeps up 10 with 2 separate bedrooms . The camper has one queen-sized bed, a bunkhouse with two twin beds and a second queen beds that folds into a sofa, and the dinette table can fold down into a bed that could fit one adult or two children comfortably, the living room sofa converts to a bed as well. Inside, you will find 3 flat-screen television with roku, a Bluetooth AM/FM stereo with aux input. We also have a working fireplace for ambiance or will produce heat to keep you warm. Our camper comes stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, towels, coffee maker, can opener, storage bowls, and more. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, 3-burner stove with oven. Our camper also includes several games that are great for rainy days or to enjoy indoors or out. The Master bedroom is equipped three closets plus over and under bed storage. The bathroom does have a full size corner shower with a skylight and bathroom vent/fan. The large, oversized windows allow plenty of sunlight in the day and good for stargazing at night—window shades block out the light when you want to sleep in. A massive storage closet serves as a pantry and will hold any dry food or serve as additional storage. Throughout the camper, you find several USB plugs, two in the upper bunk, and two in the master bedroom. Outlets are also located throughout and even located on the outside of the camper. There is also storage containers under the living room sofa, under the dinette and in the second bunkhouse bedroom. Outside, there is an awning to relax under with two outdoor chairs included with small 4' folding table. Outside speakers have blue LED lights for nighttime, which allows you to listen to your favorite music while sipping a cold drink. There is an outdoor kitchen fridge for your snacks and beverages and a flat top propane grill. There is also an outdoor station to rinse your dishes or feet or whatever else you might want to rinse off. With our service you will receive: -Setup of unit (Once you arrive at your campsite the unit will be immediately ready for use - water, power, and sewage will already be hooked up - if available.) -Tear down of unit on departure day. When leaving simply gather your personal belongings and leave the rest to us!
