We would love to share with you "Herbie" our brand NEW 2021 Coachman Freelander Class C motorhome! Located in North Port, conveniently located in between Fort Myers and Sarasota. "Herbie" is VERY easy to drive. No need to worry about the length. If you can drive a truck, you can comfortably drive this rig!!!! The Rig Features: Sleeps 5 comfortably in a corner queen bed, a HUGE bunk over the cab, a u-shaped dinette that easily transitions into an additional bed great for little ones you don't want up in the bunk. Backup camera, 32 TV on a swivel, Omni Directional Roof-Top TV Antenna, CD player with USB & Bluetooth connection for iPhone & Android. TONS of storage inside & outside for your chairs, grills, clothes, and all camping gear/accessories you would need during your time on the road. 15' Electric awning with LED Lights. Three burner LP cooktop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and kitchen sink. A full bath, a shower with skylight, toilet with a foot lever, bathroom sink with updated matte black fixtures, electric or LP water heater. A/C and furnace with digital wall-mounted control to easily adjust the temperature to your liking. We have a private lot behind our home where you can leave your vehicle safely for the duration of your rental. We have dogs of our own, so we don't mind you bringing your beloved four-legged friend along with either. We just ask that you please notify us of size, age, & breed. There is an additional pet fee of $75 per pet. Borrow our beloved "Herbie" for a trip across the state (or states) that you won't soon forget!! RVezy lists this as a 'cleaning fee' but it actually is a charge that will be applied to every booking to compensate the owner for the time spent preparing the RV for the renter. We ensure the rig looks brand new every-time, as well as sanitization, fresh linens, clean dump tanks, toilet dropin's, couple rolls of toilet paper, etc. The renter is expected to return the RV in the same condition that they receive it otherwise a separate cleaning fee will apply. ITEMS INCLUDED IN RENTAL: Coffee maker (you need your own coffee, creamer, sugar, etc.) 1 Pot, 1 Pan, Cutting board, Can opener, scissors, salt & pepper, First Aid Kit, Spoon/spatula set, Lighter, Broom & Dust pan, Toilet drop ins, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 6 Pillows, Queen bedding set (flat sheet, fitted sheet, comforter & pillow covers). ADDITIONAL THINGS TO NOTE: No smoking. No festivals. No tailgating. Renter will be responsible for tire damage from nails, potholes, curbs, or any other event beyond normal wear. If the renter needs to return the RV earlier than expected, the renter will NOT receive a refund for the unused days. DO NOT GET ON THE ROOF OF THE RV! Max speed of 70 MPH. PICKUP TIME IS 8 AM - RETURN BEFORE 6PM. Please let us know if you need some wiggle room on pickup time. $150 cleaning fee if the rig is not cleaned and returned in same condition it was picked up in. $150 fee if black water is not emptied upton return. Must refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level upon picking up the rig otherwise a refueling fee of $125 will be added.
