Thor ACE 30.2 Class A RV DELIVERY ONLY This well appointed, upscale RV is exclusively offered as a delivery and pickup at your destination as a service, no driving on your part. Enjoy the comfort and luxury of an RV without any effort, you just show up and enjoy your stay, we take care of the rest. - Sheets, linins, plates etc. are included, RV will be fully setup and ready to use. - Full kitchen with microwave, propane cookstove, oven, fridge/freezer - Two tables to sit at for meals - 5 TV's including one in master bedroom and the two hallway bunk beds. - Overhead bunk over front of RV sleeps 2 in a queen and master bed is also a queen, couch - Dinette table converts to a bed as well as needed*. Sleep 6 in beds + 2 or 3 more on couch and dinette table, so 7-8 total. Rates: - Delivery/pickup and setup luxury service, you pick your spot and we drive it there and fully set it up, no driving needed. - Rates run from $195 to $250 per night depending on season, two nights minimum - No fuel charges other than the propane or gas you use for the generator while your using the RV (if needed) You won't be responsible for milage fees of course since you're not driving it. Notes: New interior on couch, dining, and driver/passenger chairs House rules: 1) RV is swept, mopped, and all surfaces cleaned/disinfected as well as kitchen, fridge, bathroom. Toilet paper for the RV is provided. A basic sweep, wipe down, trash removal of all surfaces is required for all renters prior to return/pickup. 2) No smoking or drug use, this is a family RV, not to be used as a party bus 3) Only the people who register at time of rental are permitted to use it
