Joe was a great host and always available when needed. He provided a few videos ahead of time that were very helpful to make sure we knew how to use everything.
This was our first time renting an RV and Joe was fantastic about getting us up and going. He thoroughly explained the trailering and how the entire RV functions. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. I highly recommend this RV and host!
