Indiana Dunes National Park, located along the southern shore of Lake Michigan, is a must-see destination. With over 15,000 acres of sand dunes, forests, wetlands, and prairies, the park offers a variety of recreational activities, including hiking, birdwatching, and beachcombing. Don't miss the chance to climb Mount Baldy, a 126-foot sand dune that offers panoramic views of the lake and surrounding landscape. Indiana Dunes State Park is another great option for RV campers, with modern campsites and easy access to the beach and hiking trails.
Hoosier National Forest, spanning over 200,000 acres in Southern Indiana, is a haven for hikers, equestrians, and wildlife enthusiasts. The forest's diverse terrain includes rolling hills, dense woodlands, and serene lakes, providing ample opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, fishing, and wildlife watching. The Charles C. Deam Wilderness area within the forest offers a more remote and primitive camping experience for those seeking solitude and a true backcountry adventure.Danielle and Grant were great to work with. The delivery was on time. Grant provided an overview to make sure we were good. The RV has plenty of space for our family of four and two dogs. We would recommend to either add some coffee cups and bowls, but other than that, we enjoyed the RV very much. Great overall experience, would definitely book again!
