Despite our best efforts, there are times that these items may not be in working order. As such, we do not guarantee that they will be in working order. Note re awning: Awning use is prohibited unless it is added to your reservation as an add on for $50/day. Awnings are one of the top items damaged during reservations and rarely are covered by insurance. They cost as much as $7,000 each to repair/replace. Any approved awning use will also require additional $1,000 security deposit. Interior damage protection is required for a one time fee of $100. This will protect for covered interior damages up to $1,500. Note that the living room couch in the photos is being re-upholstered. A temporary futon is being put in its place until complete (expected mid Oct 2024). It's not in the photos. If you want a picture before booking, please request.
