Adventure awaits you! Whether you plan to go states away or stay close by, all the comforts of home await you in our Class C RV! We are Laura and Dave and so happy you have found our RV. We fell in love with camping a few years ago when we bought a pop-up in order to hang out with friends and visit new places. We upgraded to our Class C this year so that we could comfortably travel long distances with our three young children, one of which is an infant. We love spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and going on adventures, which our RV has allowed us to do. We hope you have just as much fun as we do while you embark on your own adventures! Our Jayco Redhawk class C is easy and comfortable to drive. It has wide side mirrors, back-up cameras, and GPS for easy driving. This model has a spacious floorplan and even has a private entry to the bathroom from the Master Bedroom. The bathroom has a great layout and is larger than most Class C RV's. The master bedroom has a walk around Queen bed with plenty of electrical outlets on both sides of the bed. This comes with a fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies and utensils and other amenities and supplies provided for your convince (listed below). Included at no extra cost: Kitchen: -Place Setting (Cups, Bowls, Plates, Silverware) -Coffee Maker (K-Cup or Traditional scoops) -Electric Griddle -Electric Skillet with lid -Knife set and Cutting Boards -Pots and Pans -Kitchen Utensils (including Can Opener and Wine bottle opener) -Mixing bowls with Colander -Measuring Cups and Measuring Spoons -Kitchen Towels -Hot Pads -Paper Towels -Dish Soap Bathroom: -RV Safe Toilet Paper -Hand Soap -Hand Towels Outdoor: -Camping Chairs (4) -Propane grill and grilling utensils -10X10 Pop-up Canopy -Lighter -Citronella Candles -Outdoor table for food preparation and serving -Outdoor Carpet Linens: -We will provide Sheet set. You may choose to use your own, just indicate to us your preference. Sheets must be used. -Indicate whether you would like pillows included. Not Included: -Bath Towels -Toiletries Awning Use: -Awning use is strictly prohibited due to the potential damage to the vehicle and awning. This protects the renters due to the high cost of repairs that far exceeds the security deposit. -We provide a 10X10 Pop-up tent. No Smoking or drug use is allow in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages. Furry friends are welcome no Felines or Rodents. Please advise to the size, breed and age of your little friend. Add-Ons for additional offerings we will provide to ensure you ENJOY OUR RIDE! You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded. Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renter’s responsibility. Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair. Awning use is strictly prohibited if the breakable locks are tampered with or broken you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage. We do not allow our RV to travel to Music Festivals. We prohibit our guests from using the ladder on the RV and renters are strictly forbidden from climbing on the roof. This can cause damage to the top of the RV that far exceeds the security deposit. GPS tracker is installed. Renters must notify owners of itinerary changes and/or changes of destination that would cause more wear and tear and/or mileage. Failure to do so could result in fees and fines. Returns are due from 8am until noon, at 12:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Pick up is from 3pm until 6pm at 6:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Delivery is from noon until 3Pm. the renter must be present at time of delivery, we will not deliver to first come first serve RV slots. RV slot reservation confirmation email must be forwarded to owner at least two days before delivery is due.
