2019 Keystone Alpine 3800FK
Whatever season or reason brings you to Northern Michigan, this is your basecamp: ten acres, trees lining two sides of the site, and your own fire pit waiting at the end of a long drive. Skip the tent and the guesswork. This 2019 Alpine fifth wheel is already parked, hooked up (50-amp power, full hookups, five slide-outs), and ready the second you pull in, just minutes from Boyne City and Boyne Mountain. Bring the dog.
★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ★
Retreat to a bedroom designed for one thing: actual rest after a full day of adventure. The queen bed sits on a hybrid gel mattress, dressed in 100% Long Staple Cotton bedding, with a stack of pillows so you can pick your firmness before you crash. Need more room? Two pull-out loveseats in the living room add flexible sleeping space, one adult or two kids each, for 4 adults, 3 adults and 2 kids, or 2 adults and 4 kids total.
✔ 48" Smart TV ✔ Closets with Hangers and Shelves ✔ Hybrid Gel Mattress ✔ 100% Long Staple Cotton Bedding ✔ Premium Pillows, Varying Firmness
★ KITCHEN & DINING ★
If your vision of a stocked RV kitchen looks tiny, barely manageable, with three mismatched forks and plastic fast food knives, you're going to be very disappointed. Our fully equipped kitchen stands ready for anything you want to cook. Whether it's a quick, energizing breakfast before a morning adventure or a big, satisfying family dinner after a day on the lake, you'll find everything you need. Imagine crafting meals with fresh, local ingredients, all with the convenience of a blender, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and even a versatile toaster oven/air fryer, as well as a charcoal grill.
✔ Blender ✔ Charcoal Grill ✔ Coffee Maker ✔ Filtered Water ✔ Hand Mixer ✔ Microwave ✔ Refrigerator/Freezer ✔ Sink, Hot & Cold Water ✔ Stove/Oven ✔ Toaster Oven/Air Fryer ✔ Assorted Spices ✔ Barware ✔ Condiments ✔ Dishes & Glasses ✔ Quality Cooking Utensils, Cutlery, Pots & Pans ✔ Silverware ✔ Dining Table for Four
Gather around the dining table for four, or head out to the gazebo and eat at the screened-in picnic table instead, where the food's the same but the view's better.
★ BATHROOM ★
One full bathroom, clean and bright, stocked with what you actually need: essential toiletries, hair dryer, plush hand and bath towels, makeup removal cloths, mirror, premium tissues. The shower's roomy, and the hot water kicks in fast. Guests notice. They mention it in reviews without being asked.
✔ Essential Toiletries ✔ Hair Dryer ✔ Hand & Bath Towels ✔ Makeup Removal Cloths ✔ Mirror ✔ Premium Tissues ✔ Toilet, Shower, Vanity ✔ Washcloths
★ LIVING ROOM ★
Three ultra-comfy loveseats seat six, which makes this the easiest room in the place to do absolutely nothing in after a full day outside. Plan tomorrow's route, lose a board game on purpose, or just sit.
✔ 48" Smart TV ✔ Acoustic Guitar ✔ Ceiling Fan ✔ Reclining Loveseat
★ TV THAT DOESN'T SUCK ★
You're probably not booking a camping trip for the channel lineup, but it's good enough that it earned its own section. This isn't a "log into your own account" situation. These are paid-for premium services, ready and waiting for you to curl up with a glass of wine and chill. Wine not included.
✔ Amazon Prime Video ✔ AppleTV+ ✔ Disney+ (no ads) ✔ ESPN+ ✔ Hulu (no ads) ✔ Netflix (Premium Ultra HD) ✔ YouTube TV (100+ channels, including Local, MLB, NFL, and NBA Networks, PBS, Nickelodeon) ✔ YouTube TV 4K Plus ✔ YouTube TV AMC+ (AMC, BBC America, IFC, Sundance TV, Shudder, Sundance Now, IFC Films Unlimited) ✔ YouTube TV Entertainment Plus (HBO Max, SHOWTIME, STARZ) ✔ YouTube TV Sports Plus (NFL RedZone, beIN SPORTS, FOX Soccer Plus, VSiN, Outside TV+, PokerGO+, MAVTV, FanDuel TV, Stadium, Billiard TV, SportsGrid, PlayersTV, Fight Network, IMPACT Wrestling)
★ OUTDOOR LIVING ★
Coffee in a camp chair under the awning before breakfast. Nights around the fire, guitar in hand, telling stories and roasting marshmallows while your favorite drink sweats in your hand. There's room for all your toys too: trucks, trailers, ATVs, bikes, boats, snowmobiles, jet skis. Just know the driveway is steep, so plan accordingly.
✔ Abundant Wildlife ✔ Screened-In Picnic Table ✔ Charcoal Grill ✔ Fire Pit w/ Seating for Six
★ GOOD TO KNOW ★
This is a working property, not a polished resort, and that's exactly why it's priced the way it is. The barn next to the RV is a well-loved original structure with weathered siding, and a couple of spots on the grounds are still being finished up. None of that touches your stay. The RV itself is incredibly clean, comfortable, and fully set up: see what guests actually say about it below.
★ WHY BOYNE, RIGHT NOW ★
You're minutes from the middle of Northern Michigan's busiest season. Ten championship golf courses across BOYNE Golf's three resorts, plus Belvedere Golf Club in Charlevoix. Three disc golf courses within a short drive (Boyne Mountain, Avalanche Preserve, Mt. McSauba). Mountain biking and hiking at Avalanche Preserve and the Little Traverse Wheelway. Real, DNR-managed ORV/ATV trails throughout Antrim, Charlevoix, and Emmet counties. Kayak or paddleboard Lake Charlevoix, the Jordan River, or the Boyne River. Hunt for Petoskey stones at Fisherman's Island State Park or Petoskey State Park. Skydive in Charlevoix, if that's your thing. Sip your way down the Petoskey Wine Region's 14 wineries, or stop into Boyne City's own Muskrat Distillery. July brought what several magazines have called "The Best 4th in the North," and Boyne Thunder, the Charlevoix Venetian Festival, and Boyne City's PirateFest all land in the same stretch.
Fall's next, and it's worth planning around: some of the best color-tour driving in the Midwest, right out your door. Take the Tunnel of Trees or the M-22 Scenic Highway through the Leelanau Peninsula, Fishtown included. Apple picking, Charlevoix's Apple Fest, and Boyne City's Harvest Festival all follow close behind.
Any time of year: Charlevoix's lighthouse and famous "mushroom house" architecture, a tour through Castle Farms, or Boyne City's Saturday farmers market, over 30 years running and one of the best in Northern Michigan. Hungry? Happy's Tacos and Stiggs are Boyne City go-tos, Betty's is the classic old-school diner, and Kilwins or Alpine Haus will cover dessert.
★ WHAT GUESTS SAY ★

"The RV location is the best. We were able to visit 2 state parks (Petoskey and Young) and visit Petoskey downtown, Harbor beach, Charlevoix, Boyne downtown. We loved Gilda's bakery and Petoskey Farms Winery." — Elit C, Airbnb, Jul 2026
"Very comfortable and clean, an excellent experience. Really hope to stay here again in the future." — Elton C, Booking, Dec 2025

Hey there! My first short-term rental stay in Savannah, Georgia, hooked me for life 10 years ago. I've been chasing that same feeling for my own guests ever since: walk in, feel instantly at home, and notice that someone actually thought about every detail before you got there.
Impeccably clean. Top-of-the-line mattresses. Hotel-quality, 100% Long Staple Cotton bedding. Fresh linens down to and including the mattress protector, every single stay. Independently inspected, because 30 years in business taught me exactly what separates a stay that's fine from one people rave about.
I built this because I genuinely love it, not because it runs itself on autopilot. I answer my own messages, I sweat the small stuff most people never notice, and I want your trip to actually go the way you pictured it when you booked.
Miss something? Tell me and I'll fix it.
Life is short. Life is now. Travel safe. Travel often.
With gratitude,
Doug
