The fireplace is another highlight in the main area, and the double entry bedroom takes you into your own space to sleep like a king or queen. Some other highlights include Zebra shades in the main living area, the motion sensing night light in the bathroom, the oversized 15,000 BTU ducted air conditioner for maximum comfort, and the 200W sub woofer that is ceiling mounted. Please return the camper exactly as you received it. • Delivery will be attempted as soon as site is available for guests and picked up 1 hour before required checkout time. • Retract the awning if wind gusts over 20mph. • No jumping down from top bunk, always use the ladder. • If utilizing the dinette for sleeping, do not sit in the middle of the table when in the down position, it will break. • Any stains or anything missing or broken will be deducted from the security deposit. • If towing, please drive slow down bumpy and gravel roads to prevent damage.
