John was great. We meet at the airport and went though the van at a near by cell phone lot. No rush and took us through all the systems of the van. His added grill was great for a quick lunch or dinner.
John was awesome and we had a phenomenal trip. Highly recommend taking the plunge and renting a van for epic road trips.
First time renting and had an excellent experience.
