Awning with LED lights, interior LED lights and rope lights. Portable external heaters and generator. Generator weights 150lbs requires 2 people to carry in a separate truck. Bunks bed hold up to 500 lbs combined, 200 pounds for the top bed and 270 lbs for the lower bed. Generator comes with 2 gallon cobtainer. takes Unleaded 89 + octane. extra fuel or propane can be added at extra charge. RV comes with one full propane tank extra tanks are available at an extra cost. Water tank holds 30 gallons of fresh water and gray water( is not drinking water). Do not store gasoline or any type of flammable liquid or gas in RV trailer. Absolutely no vaping or smoking in trailer, no parties or extra visitors in trailer. Queen Beds hold a max weight of 350 lbs combined, table converts to bed holds a max weight of 250lbs. RV Sleeps up to 3 adults comfortable and up to 4 kids under the age of 9 or under 100 lbs each on bunk beds. Camping chairs upon request for extra charge. 2 chairs are included and 2 stools. Cooking pans and one pots, cutting board, knife sets, cups, coffee mugs, enough for 6 people. Salt pepper and some spices are included.
