Dwight and his wife were easy to work with and was quick to call us back whenever we had questions. We needed the RV delivered earlier in the day and picked up at a certain time than was advertised and he was very helpful and accommodating. When we got to the RV it was all setup with a nice outdoor rug and lawn chairs and the unit was very clean. We did have to level the RV the next day, because we were it was off balance quite a bit and we had to switch our heads to the foot of the bed as it was going downhill. The master bed was very short for a queen bed. My husband is only 5'10" and his feet hung off the end! Not comfortable. We did notice that it didn't matter how light you walked, the whole RV moved like you were experiencing turbulence. I have been in a lot of RVs and never experienced that before. Not sure why? There is a combo lock on one of the doors, and even though we had the combo, we could not figure out how to unlock it, but thankfully the other door was unlocked. The bathroom was super small, it took some figuring out how to navigate the shower and move around, we're not big people, but we made it work. We were thankful to have the facilities. I think the one biggest disappointing thing was we did rent a generator from Dwight because we did not have any hookups where we were. Unbeknownst unto us, Dwight wanted us to use only propane (even though the generator said dual fuel) and 1 tank only lasted maybe 6 hours at best and the refrigerator only runs on electricity, so we had to carry tanks about a bit of a hike to the car where we were parked and then drive into town daily to fill up propane tanks which was VERY inconvenient and frustrating and expensive. We did not plan on that. We were at a ministry event, so we had to find time to drive into town. All the other RVs that were camping with us used gas, and theirs last days! It was so hot out we had to use the AC. That part of the rental was not satisfactory. Other than all that, Dwight was good to work with.
Owners were very kind and responsive, a pleasure to work with. The trailer was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family of 5.
