2018 Kingsport 27' FBD Gulfstream. Will sleep 6 comfortably, but can sleep up to 8. Has 2 double bunks, separate queen bedroom, dining table folds down to single bed and sofa folds down to a single bed. Equipped with A/C for those hot days and heat for those cool nights. Has a flat screen TV and DVD player. Minimum 4 night rental. Electric awning. Cutlery, bowls, plates, mugs, cups, pots, and pans included. Keurig included but will need to bring your own K-cups. Absolutely no smoking, vaping or pets allowed. WILL ONLY DELIVER. Will completely set up the camper and awning when dropped off. If the trailer is not hooked up to a sewer and water, I am available to come and dump the septic and fill water tank if the sewer gets full, or the water becomes empty. There will be a charge based on how far the trailer is. I am fairly flexible for times on the weekends. During the week, I won't be available to drop off or pick up until after 6:00pm when I get off work. There are some exceptions. Don't hesitate to message me for any questions. Thanks Glen.

Glen and Wendy were very friendly and helped answer questions both before and during the stay. Trailer was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable and the addition of things like kitchenware (cups, plates, bowls, cutlery and more) meant what we had brought was not really needed (only thing would be a non-stick pan if you are not used to a regular/cast iron one). Setup was on time, and the pre inspection was easy to go through. Perfect rental for a small/medium sized family or four adults. Thank you Glen and Wendy.
Very nice and welcoming people and the trailer is wonderful! Perfect for a family of 5 of any ages. All amenities are so great to have included pots pans bbq grill etc you basically only need to bring yourselves and your bedding. Great experience overall and we will definitely be rebooking!
