With a Murphy bed, 2 double bunks, & a table that converts into a double bed there is plenty of sleeping space & room to store things. Not to mention tons of cupboard & closet space, as well as storage space under both dining bench seats & as outside storage compartment.. Double sink, large fridge with freezer, 2 burner stove, & a microwave make camping life so much easier! A full 4 piece bathroom (tub, shower, sink, toilet) provides convenience & privacy. No more outhouse needed! If you're camping somewhere with electrical hookups the trailer can easily be plugged in for all your at home conveniences, with multiple outlets, & usb plugs & let's not forget air conditioning & outdoor speakers! This trailer can also accommodate water & sewer hookups. If you're camping without those hookups - no worries. The trailer is equipped with a battery that will power the fridge/freezer, lights, water pump, & electrical outlets. The hot water can be run on either propane or electricity. As well, for your safety this trailer comes equipped with LP, CO2, & smoke detectors/alarms, fire extinguisher, & has 2 emergency exits aside from the main door. Outside there is an 8 foot electric awning, & outdoor lighting. Each booking comes with the following extras: Utensils (including wine opener, bottle opener, can opener) Cooking utensils Pots & pans (1 large pot, 1 medium saucepan, 1 frying pan) Dishes for 4 people (dinner plates, bowls, small plates, large cups, mugs, plastic wine glasses) Garbage bag (black & white) & recycling bag (1 of each) Hand & dish soap Toilet paper Outdoor area rug Coffee maker (pods or ground coffee) Kettle Toaster Card games Dish cloths & dish towels Cleaning solution (Green Works) We can provide you with everything you need to enjoy your trip. Please check out our add-ons for things like a portable BBQ, bes linens etc. Or you can bring along your own items. We're willing to work with you to make your trip go as smooth as possible allowing you to spend more time enjoying some R&R. We offer delivery & set up for a fee. If picking up & towing please be aware that the vehicle requires a 7pin wiring harness & electric brakes (or you can rent a Bluetooth brake controller from us). You will also be required to take a short "test" drive to show your comfort level with towing & to give you the opportunity to ask any questions you might have. If you are having the trailer delivered please remember to add the septic tank emptying fee to your booking. We will fill the trailer's 23 gallon (87 liter) water tank with potable drinking water before delivering it to your location. Please NO smoking of any kind inside the trailer.
