The Bears Den at Killbear - 21' Forest River Rockwood Roo

The Bears Den at Killbear is a 2011 Forest River Rockwood Roo, and is 21' long, plus the tip-out tents at both ends. The two tip-outs have newer double size mattresses, and the sofa and dining table both fold down into beds as well, to give you room for 6 people to sleep comfortably, or 7-8 people if you have a few smaller adults or children. The kitchen area has lots of countertop space, a large sink, a stove, an oven, a microwave, & a fridge/freezer. The countertop & sink, as well as the sofa, is in a slide-out that helps to make the living space more roomy. The trailer comes equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, and bed sheets. Just bring your own towels, pillows, and blankets. There is also an outdoor shower. The rental fee includes one full tank of propane; if you need more you can bring your own, (20 lb tanks) or I can provide it for an extra charge. In order to enjoy the full benefits of this trailer, you will need at least a 25' electrical site. If you choose to book a non-electrical site, please be aware that not all features of the trailer will work. *** The trailer is expected to come back in a broom-swept condition, with all of the included dishes, pots, and pans clean. If the trailer needs extensive cleaning, there will be an extra charge payable upon return of the trailer. *** No Sunday Delivery or Pickup*** ***This unit is available for delivery only at this point. The delivery fee includes delivery & pick-up, set-up and tear-down. It also includes dumping the waste-water tanks at the end of the rental period. Extra septic dumps during the trip are not included, but may be available for an extra charge..
