Brand New RV. It has a queen bed separated by curtain by the rest of the section. The RV is equipped with kitchen ware, and all you need to bring is your clothes. Sleeps 6 - NO Smoking and not pet friendly. For returns of the RV later than the specified time, there will be an additional charge of $120. The RV needs to come back in the same condition as given. If the RV is excessively dirty, there will be a charge of $150 Propane will be charged as per usage. Please contact me for more details.
