We were excited about our trip and initially impressed by the RV's size and ample storage space. However, our experience with the rental process was far from satisfactory. Upon inspection, we discovered that the RV's awning motor was broken, a detail the owner tried to hide. The RV was also handed over to us in an unacceptable condition, with a refrigerator full of mold. During our use, we encountered issues with the toilet, which started malfunctioning by continuously flushing. Additionally, the owner was aggressive in their communication, sending us several messages with concerns about potential fees for cleaning, gas, and propane, which added unnecessary stress to our trip. To make matters worse, even after returning the RV in spotless condition with full gas and propane tanks, the owner tried to charge us for the toilet problem we experienced, which we clearly did not cause. Overall, we found the experience to be quite stressful, and we would recommend considering other options if you're looking for a hassle-free trip.
