Family friendly camping adventures are ready and waiting for you! Our beautiful KZ Spree Escape travel trailer has made so many memories for our family of 5, and we are excited to be able to share the fun our trailer offers. Our home away from home features everything you need for a weekend away or a month-long getaway. Surprisingly spacious with everything you’ll need, we’ve been camping for years and I always keep a few extras (what I still sometimes forget!) packed inside for you. Ready to rock with all modern conveniences and more. The indoor kitchen includes a gas stovetop, microwave, fridge, freezer and deep sink. Stocked full with all dishes and cooking utensils. A queen-bed, bunks for the kids, and a u-shape dinette conversion that sleeps 2 kids comfortably. Bathroom has stand-up shower, toilet and vanity. Fully equipped with heating and great A/C system, TV and radio. Outdoor awning and external storage to provide you with an easy and comfortable camping experience (plus a few outdoor games for fun!). We love the adventures that our camper has provided us and look forward to extending the same opportunity to other families to enjoy. Our Trailer is ready to make memories with you! What's included: - TV - Radio - Awning - Propane for fridge if no hydro - Hand soap - Paper towels - Garbage bags - Levelling blocks - Dish soap/sponges - Salt/pepper - Toilet paper - single size sheets if required - Broom - Toaster - 2 gravity chairs - cutlery & dishes It comes with everything you need if you are camping with full hookups - Hose for water hookup - 20 lbs propane tank - Grey/black sewage hose kit - 30 amp electric cord Delivery is only available Friday, Saturday, Sunday’s or holidays. If you’re needing a week day it might be possible but after 6pm. Weekly rentals preferred! Recommendations: - No smoking - Only toilet paper in toilet - No candles/open flames inside of camper at any time - The owner reserves the right to use the security deposit for any damages - We would definitely recommend a campsite with full power so you can run the AC, refrigerator, microwave and outlets - Please do not extend the awning in windy weather. Please be sure to double check there is clearance to open the awning and pop out (these can break/damage fairly easily). The trailer must be returned as clean as it was at pick up, and Black/Gray tanks emptied. If you are too tired from your late night campfires, you can pay an extra fee and I will take care of it for you just add on septic prepayment! Happy Camping! Jess & Jeff
