Sleeps 4 comfortably with end tip outs but also has a fold out dinette that can sleep 1-2 children.
All guests are responsible for emptying grey and black water tanks before returning or can opt to pay the add-on.

It was just two of us, but easily could have been four. By chance it rained hard one of the nights, and it held up with no issues. Then the third night was cold and had to use the heater, again no issues. Leah is wonderful with communication and quick to reply should you have any questions. 100% saving this listing for next summer!!!
