To pick up the trailer yourself, you must have an adequate tow vehicle, trailer brake controller and experience hauling trailers. An adjustable height trailer hitch is available for use for the rental period. Experience easy camping in style with The Cozy Coleman, perfect for beginners and seasoned campers alike. With no slide outs, setup is quick and simple, getting you to the fun faster. Enjoy the convenience of an indoor bathroom with shower and toilet, and stay comfortable with the powerful rooftop air conditioner and cozy electric fireplace. For entertainment, stream your favorite shows and movies on the Roku TV (WiFi required, not included) or easily mirror downloaded content to the TV from your phone or laptop. Plus, enhance your movie nights or morning routines with our Bluetooth sound system. This single-axle trailer sleeps 5 people comfortably, featuring a full-sized queen bed with a privacy curtain, 2 rear single bunk beds, and a dinette that converts into a bed. The dinette area perfectly accommodates your pack and play (not included), providing a cozy sleeping space for your baby without converting the dinette into a bed. It's perfect for couples or small families looking to connect with nature! Feel free to bring rover along, we are pet friendly! Upon pickup or delivery, I'll walk you through how everything works and answer any questions you may have. You'll have my cell number for any queries or concerns. Your rental includes; • Plates, bowls, cups, mugs, pots, pans and cutlery. • Air fryer • Board games • Outdoor LED light • Camping chairs • Potable water hose • 30 amp cord with extension (105ft of cord total) + 15amp adapter • Sewer hose and connections • Toilet paper, and black tank deodorizer. • Laundry detergent Linens and towels can be supplied on for an additional $30 per trip. Add on includes freshly washed linens, blankets, pillow cases and 5 towels. Please bring your own pillows. Use of a dual fuel inverter generator can be included for an additional $150 per trip up to a maximum of 14 days, with an additional $50 per 7 days thereafter. Fuel not included. If the host incurs any campsite entry fees when delivering and/or picking up the camper those fees will be passed on to the guest. It’s strongly recommended to check with your campground upon arrival and to let them know your camper is being delivered, and to pre pay for these entry fees to save time if applicable. Spare tire on board. Propane is complimentary, although I don't guarantee a full tank. **Please note that use of the awning is no longer permitted.** Evening pickups preferred for weekday rentals.
