This trailer is set up for wheelchair access and hospital bed but can be converted back, we have the patio door and sectional couch. The couch has been stored in our house. The trailer was used as our living quarters while we were building our house and is in good shape with no smell of mildew. We would like to sell the trailer, not rent it out.

Hi there. I am a mom of seven adult children and a grandma of many. I stay home to look after my daughter who suffered a brain injury 16 years ago. I’m new to the adventure of renting out my trailer. My hubby and I bought this trailer to live in while we built our house. Al is very handy and installed a lift for our daughter who is in a wheelchair. It worked amazingly well for the two summers we lived in it. We’ve always loved the outdoors, nature walks, and especially the beach. We will be using the trailer a few times a year but hope to share it with others instead of having it sit in the driveway most of the year.
