Perfect for couples or a small family, this camper is loaded with tons of bells and whistles for a 25-footer - perfect for a week or a weekend away in Southern Ontario. Rental Inclusions: - Small Appliances – coffee maker, kettle, toaster - Basic Pantry – olive oil, salt and pepper, sugar, select herbs and spices - Cookware – pots, pans, mixing/serving bowls, cutting boards, knives, cooking tools - Dishware – bowls, plates, cutlery, cups, mugs, wine glasses - Kitchenware – foil, plastic wrap, food storage - Linens – sheets, comforters and pillows for main and fold down bed, bath and hand towels, dish towels, laundry hamper (laundering included in cleaning fee) *For those with allergies, note that laundry is conducted in a pet friendly home - Upgraded Mattress! Endy mattress installed in 2022 - Cleaning supplies – dish soap, broom, dustpan, disinfectant, garbage bags - Paper products – RV grade toilet paper, paper towel, tissues and napkins - Television with DVD player (HDMI capable), games, puzzles, colouring activities - Outdoor Accessories – RV awning mat - Outdoor Cookware – Coleman RoadTrip Grill with propane Quick Connect, BBQ tools *Included upon request Please note: - This camper is rented with a weight distribution hitch however you will need a vehicle that can pull 7500 lbs (weight when fully loaded including onboard water) and is equipped with a trailer brake controller and a 7-way connector - This camper requires 30 amp electrical to operate air conditioning - Non-Smoking/Vaping unit - Only domestic travel will be accepted - Renter is responsible for emptying and cleaning tanks (*Delivery rentals are subject to a $25 fee to empty septic on your behalf, included in your delivery rate) - Rentals are subject to a supplementary rental agreement to cover inclusions. A full walk through to be conducted upon pickup/delivery and printed direction will be included - Early Pickup available (for a fee) *For pickups night prior to reservation, when unit is not on rental - Limited delivery available (for a fee) within 75 km - nearest to Port Burwell, Longpoint and Turkey Point Provincial Parks *Unfortunately due to delivery distance, we are unable to accommodate deliveries to Lake Huron destinations including the Pinery Provincial Park* - Weekday deliveries are subject to availability due to full time work obligations Happy Camping!
