You can take this rv off grid. Brand new, clean, updated, and ready for the road! 2025 update: THERE IS A BIKE RACK! Complete with privacy curtains and blackout blinds throughout. We have everything you need to hit the road. Dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, dish soap, you name it. Just bring your suitcase, bedding, and groceries! We include a coffee maker, French press, toaster, and microwave. It's all in the details. Push-powered reading lights at each sleeping location, there is storage for your phone, books, and even a plug to charge where you sleep. A wireless phone charger is on the kitchen counter as well, a phone holder for the driver, backup and side cameras to make parking and changing lanes easier, a deep round kitchen sink with cover, an extendable kitchen counter, a separate bathroom sink so you can still brush your teeth even if someone is in the shower or using the loo! 3 burner gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, and large TV that you can see from anywhere in the unit (we even provide an HDMI cable, so you can plug your computer in to play movies from)! Equipped with a solar panel and battery which charges as you drive - you don't even need a campsite to lie down for the night. Great for boondocking (camping without hookups). This RV has a water tank that you can fill with a hose when you get near or to your destination, and the water pump works off of the battery. No campsite? No problem! Just make sure you take care of our Sunny, we use her too with our young family. Our girls loved her from the moment we met. We had professionals specially install a safety net across the entire length of the queen bunk, so your kiddos can sleep safely up there. Sunny has a U-shaped dinette, so you can shuffle around without having the get up to let someone in. Lots of storage, and we even provide some board games for you to play on a rainy day. We have a large driveway, so you can leave your car here, and take Sunny on the road. We ask that only experienced drivers rent out our RV. I've spent many hours updating the decor and want to make sure it's in good hands! We greatly appreciate that you keep it in perfect condition for us to use as well! Your Security Deposit will be revoked for smoking of any kind. Smoking includes vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, tobacco, etc. Every renter will pay a $150 cleaning fee. This goes toward cleaning, sanitizing, and re-stocking the RV. Please return the RV in the same condition it was provided to you. If not, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
