Not only are the RV and related supplies top notch and luxurious, but equally important are David and Jelene's full commitment to an amazing customer service experience (pre-planning thru actual trip thru post-trip debrief!) As first-time RV'ers, we had lots of questions which were answered promptly and professionally. They are awesome hosts who truly care about their clients having the best experience possible. We look forward to our next trip with them!

This was our first time renting an RV and did not know what to expect nor the process of renting an RV. We saw David and Jelene's ad on RVezy and reached out to them. David was quick to respond to our questions and guided us through the process of renting the RV. David and Jelene were the most wonderful hosts. Our trip was through the east coast for 2 weeks. David took the time to walk us through every part of the RV, explaining in detail how everything worked. We were amazed at how well the RV was equipped. We did not have to provide anything but our clothes and food. We had no issues at all the entire trip. The RV handled and drove excellent. Set up was easy. We took every opportunity during our trip to show the RV off to other campers. We have recommended David and Jelene to our friends and would most definitely rent from them again.

The RV is new and has new features such as automatic levelling jacks that are very usefull. The host (David) is very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend this RV.
