Brand new, all equipped, barbecue, 2 captains chairs, 2 outdoor cooking tables, small appliances. Also, a Keurig coffee machine, utensils, pots pans,brie baker, dishes, toaster oven, 2 televisions, ready to roll! NO SMOKING! NO PETS! 2 sleep in the Queen bed at the back, 2 where table folds down, and 2 more over the cab of theRV. The maximum amount of people renting the RV at one time is 6 people, anything over than will be $50 per person per night . COOKING of seafood inside the motorhome is NOT permitted. An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for excessive dirt inside and out.Pictures to be taken at the start and finish of the trip.
Failure to empty black tank and or grey tank will be charged at a rate of $200.00, unfortunately this does happen. Please do not tape anything to the inside or outside of the RV please.

Had a great east coast vacation with this RV. The vehicle handled well on the road especially on the New Brunswick hills. Cheryl was a great host giving us information on places to stop and see. This was our first rental of a motor home and it was very easy to set up and came well equipped. Would definitely rent from Cheryl again.
