The RV was super clean, and everything worked perfectly. Carmen was incredibly responsive, quick to answer any questions, and very attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond by setting up the RV for us, giving us a thorough tour to ensure we knew how to operate everything, and he was incredibly friendly throughout. The kids were thrilled when he surprised us with s'mores! Carmen was also super punctual with both drop-off and pick-up, making the whole process seamless. The RV had everything we needed for an amazing vacation, and I highly recommend it for your next adventure.
