The owners of the RV were incredibly responsive and helpful. We had a bird hit the windshield and they were immediately available to helpus sort it out.
Anything we had issue with, they responded and helped us.
We were extremely disappointed with the condition of the RV. Upon arrival, we found a thick layer of dirt and no signs of recent maintenance. The washroom, dishes, sheets, and blankets were all filthy and had a strong unpleasant odor, forcing us to bring our own supplies. Furthermore, we discovered mold in the washroom and fridge, which was unacceptable. Overall, we are extremely dissatisfied with the state of the RV and would not recommend it to others. Attention to cleanliness and maintenance is crucial for a positive experience.
