Delivery Only and campsite to be booked must accommodate 34ft trailer and FULL HOOKUP SITE needed. Are you looking for a great family camping adventure? Then our trailer has the ideal setup for a small or large family to enjoy the great outdoors! Perfect for those sunny days, or setup to entertain on those inclement weather days also. The unit has been extremely well maintained and is in very clean condition. We ask that all our guests maintain our standards of cleanliness. Leave it as clean, or cleaner, than you found it. Some cleaning supplies will be provided. Included: Linens, Kitchen pots/pans, all cutlery, dishes/cups, plastic glasses and a kettle for hot water are all included. What you will need to bring: extra sleeping bags,food, drinks and clothes, and your own outside seating (lawn chairs). Most campgrounds provide a picnic table. We will supply a very small outside plastic pop-up table and ground carpet. Table is NOT TO BE USED FOR BBQs or hot cooking equipment! Booklet of RV rules and instructions will be provided. We ask that there be absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit! This is a big must! Once the trailer has been verified for cleanliness, up to and including, any breakage, damage, or smoking; these will all be conditions of any damage deposits being returned.
