DELIVERY ONLY! Luxury camping with all the amenities. Queen bed with custom pillow top mattress, dinette bed, large spacious living area, plenty of counter and cupboards, spacious shower. Power awning with LED lighting and large camping mat. It has a keurig compatible single serve coffee machine and most everything you would need for cooking (pot/pans, utensils, cutlery, some dishes, BBQ utensils etc). Bring your own linens (pillows, blankets, towels, tea towels etc.) and disposable items such as paper plates and cups. Also suggest bringing drink water. Please refrain from smoking inside the trailer. Additional fees of $250 will be charged if this rule is broken. Please use septic safe toilet paper. The septic will be emptied upon return, renter to cover mandatory fee. (see add-ons). Any additional pump out during your stay is the renters responsibility. If you require the Inside stove, BBQ and heat, the Propane add-on needs to be added to your request. There also is a generator for rent. It would come with full tank of fuel and a small can of fuel.
