Kitchen utensils, glassware, cooking appliances, ice maker, TV with Netflix, air mattress, Keurig, upgraded queen main mattress, lawn chairs, rocking chair, 6ft outdoor table, outdoor gas fireplace (in case of fire ban), & an 18ft outdoor rug. Optional BLACKSTONE Griddle available in Add On section Weight distribution hitch for towing, will show how to set up & take down. Delivery is available up to 200km! Further if previously discussed. NO SMOKING - additional fees will be applied if there is any smoking in the trailer. NO Pets - unless previously discussed and approved. TRAILER IS DELIVERY ONLY

    We had trailer delivered and used only for sleep…cooked and used all utensils etc from a friends trailer. I would recommend seeing what is usable in trailer before counting on being self sufficient. Beds comfy and Nick easy to get a hold of and friendly.
