Rental pricing includes propane top up and cleaning for septic system at end of rental agreement by owner. If your location is in a field, an additional fee will be charge for cleaning septic system at an external dumping station (pricing to be discussed) If you are wanting to rent for a private event in your yard/field, these items are important to know/understand/consider: electrical - where will rv be plugged into ie: side of home - is it a gfi for surge protection? Will the rv be plugged into a generator - how many rv’s or electrical chords be used, what is the size of the generator, can it provide enough electricity for air conditioner? Is there a water hook up available or does the rv holding tanks need to be filled for the delivery? If you are wanting to rent at your home or a similar location, there must be a clear path to be able to back in straight with a minimum of 15 foot or more width clearance without any overhead issues such as roof/eavestroughs etc. OR The ability to me to drive through and turn around with both truck and rv (50’ minimum radius) to be able to drive out at the end of your reservation. SUGGESTIONS: 1) pls reconfirm with your campground that electrical and water is ON SITE for you. 2) electrical hookup - if it’s more than 50’ between the electrical box and my rv = no connection for a/c or other and the battery cannot open the dinette tip out. 3) bringing water in my rv holding tank is a good back up to consider. At no fault of the person who reserves, a campground should be transparent to let you know that electrical and water is ON SITE and that the electrical box is not 80’ away to connect.
