You will need an electrical out let to run the furnace, fridge, microwave, and wall outlets . Fire extinguisher and smoke detector. 6-gallon water heater. What is not included: Sheets, Pillows, bedding, plates, bowls, kettle, utensils, coffee mugs, coffee press, kitchen towels. All can be rented for an extra fee of $35 We will tow to your location within 50 miles for extra fee.
