Excellent 2014 Fleetwood Bounder 36R Class A

Hello Everyone, We(My Mother and I) are trying to rent a RV. My Father and Mother bought the RV just one year ago, it is barely used since they bought it. In total only used for about 5 trips, the longest trip being them taking it home. We need to rent it because my Dad passed away some weeks ago. There is a large loan remaining that my Mother can not afford and I am unable to help her keep the loan current. We are trying to rent it quickly and consistently to be able to keep making payments on the loan. It is in excellent condition overall and has low miles in my opinion. When purchased it had 15,600 miles and again the longest trip taken was driving it back home to Oregon which took about 2,000 miles. It was then driven a single handful of times to Beaver/Ducks college football games and was lastly taken two months ago for a trip to Monterey CA so about 1,200 miles round trip. Very little use. It again is in excellent condition with very minor almost no damage to paint, body and interior. My Dad like most of his toys babied the RV for the short time he owned it. It has 3 slides and is 36 feet long, runs on gas. The RV has a large couch, refrigerator, sink, propane oven/stove, cabinets, two toilets, one shower, two TVs, Dish Network satellite(must pay for service), queen bed and very clean interior. Ready for all hookups. Other options include even a backup camera installed, but I don't know all the standard or added options to list them. We also have a small Solar powered generator 4 outlets 2400W output max solar charge input 800w your welcome to use the generator with the RV rental. Has a queen bed, a large couch that can sleep someone though the couch is not a pullout. Lots of floor space for a inflatable mattress also so I think you could sleep 4-5 people. I am including pictures of the RV outside and inside. Some last things. We can not deliver the RV, we would require that the renter pick it up. We will pick you up from the largest airport near us which is in Portland(PDX) and will bring you to the RV if needed. Also my Mother and I can not drive the RV, we are not comfortable driving such a large vehicle. My Dad did all the driving so with him gone, we love him and miss him too, but we are stuck. So since we can not drive the RV we can not offer to refill the gas for you, the propane or clean the septic after you return the RV. You must have the RV refilled for gas and propane, the septic must be cleaned out and cared for properly prior to you returning the RV. Also we would like that anyone that is wanting to rent this RV please be comfortable and have experience driving a large vehicle. It's not like we will check or confirm it, but we ask you to be honest that you have the experience to safely drive the RV. Please get in touch with us if you are interested in renting the RV.
