Just leave it how you found it, and we'll handle the light cleanup. However, if it's excessively dirty or the tanks are full, there might be an extra charge. Fur-tastic adventures: We welcome responsible pet owners! Crates are available upon request, and please don't leave your furry friends unattended. Smoke-free zone: Let's keep the air fresh and the deposit intact! Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed. Delivery options: Contact us to check availability and schedule your delivery within our work hours (Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm). We offer a 50% discount for early pick-up the night before if our work schedule interferrs with your vacation plan, just let us know so we can adjust accordingly! Unfortunately, the insurance for the extra day is third party and can not be waived. Weekends are more flexible, so reach out and we'll work something out. Equipped for fun: Your home away from home: Bedding, towels, dishes, cookware, camp chairs – we've got it all! We aim to have essentials like paper products stocked, but feel free to let us know if you need specific items. Don't be shy, we have extras! Just say cheese (and towels): Specify how many bed sheets and towels you'll need, and we'll make sure you're cozy and comfortable. Stock up and get reimbursed: Any purchases left with the RV can be reimbursed with receipts. Additional details: We don't charge cleaning or prep fees, but excessive cleaning may incur a charge. Just leave the RV in similar condition to how you found it, and that's all. Deeper cleaning needs: If it takes us more than two hours to get the RV back in tip-top shape, a $65/hour cleaning fee will be applied to your deposit. Refueling and waste disposal: We'll gladly handle these essentials for you! Refilling propane and gas is $25 plus cost, and emptying the black/grey tanks is $50. Unexpected repairs: Accidents happen, and we're here to help. Minor repairs with receipts are reimbursed. For more extensive damage, a $65/hour repair fee applies.
