This 2022 Forest River Vibe 34BH brand new spacious and luxurious RV comes with a master bedroom, and a separate private kids bunk room and has all the amenities that your family would want while enjoying camping in the great outdoors. In fact, all you will need is toiletries and clothing, and yourselves, of course! Our goal is that you get to experience the great outdoors and to connect with family and loved ones! The large pass-through storage can store your fishing poles, and the 20' electric awning with LED lights will create an outdoor living space. There is even an exterior baggage door with two exterior refrigerators, a TV, a spray port, and storage for snacks! You will love all the interior space thanks to the dual opposing slides in the main living area, which will give the chef space to work around the kitchen island. Your crew can visit on the two tri-fold sofas and booth dinette while the fireplace is going, but you'll probably find the kids spending most of their time in the private bunkhouse! They will have two bunks, Vibe cubes, a slide out for more space, plus a wardrobe to store all their clothes. What's Included: It might be easier to list what is not included! Basically bring your toothbrush and clothes and food and you are all set! What is included: Bedrooms: Blankets, Pillows, Fresh Linens. 32in TV in Master Bedroom w/ Roku Bathroom: Fresh Towels, Soap, Shampoo, Toilet Paper. Beach towels Kitchen: Fully stocked with plates, bowls, serving dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee pot (both pot and Keurig), pots, pans, toaster, crockpot Living Area: 50in TV with Roku device. Lots of cards, board games and puzzles. Outside: All the hoses you need, 9X12 outdoor rug, 4 outdoor chairs. Outside kitchen has two refrigerators, TV, Blackstone Griddle, Cast iron Griddle for over the fire cooking. Gazebo and Dog Fence are optional add-ons. DOGS: You MUST request & get owner approval before allowing a dog in the RV. Owner reserves the right to accept or decline any dog, for any reason. Dogs are not allowed on any upholstered area due to the soft material and the risk of stains, smells or other damage. We do not charge an extra fee for a dog; however, there is an additional refundable deposit required for dogs, equal to $250.00, per dog. If any pet damages occur, including evidence of pet urine or feces, you will forfeit your entire security deposit, and you agree to pay any excess damage fees. If any large amounts of pet hair are left upon return, you will be charged a full Deep Cleaning Fee for it to be removed. GENERATOR USE - Delivered with a full tank of gas. The gas will be full when you get it (3.5 gallons). Normally with Generator use, it is up to the renter to provide more gas beyond the first fill up. Depending on where you are, you might not be able to go out and get gas. We can send along additional gas cans. We would charge $30 per 5 gallon can (see Gas add-on).
