Thanks for looking at our 2022 Class C Motor Home, built on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis. Excellent fuel efficiency and easy to drive. Comfortably sleeps 4 - One queen walk around murphy bed and one double size bunk over cab. Two theater style recliners, a couch and two swivel captains chairs. Two 12 volt TVs inside and one outside, each with Roku TV Device. 15ft power awning w/ LED light bar, 4-point hydraulic auto-leveling system, lane detection monitoring system, navigation system, Apple Carplay and Android Auto, enabled. 6 way power heated driver and passenger seat, back-up camera and side view cameras with an overhead rear view mirror monitor. Perfect RV for long trips, boondocking, tailgating, or just camping. Everything you need to travel and camp except your linens and toiletries. Your rental includes basic kitchen set, Keurig coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee cups, plastic wine glasses (why not?) and a wine key. We offer local delivery and pickup for a fee, free parking in our driveway for one car, free use of our 4 bike hitch mounted bike rack or our folding hitch mounted waterproof cargo carrier (Great for traveling with your strollers, additional camping gear, beach chairs and toys, or golf clubs). Let us know you're needs and we will try our best to meet them. Full Tank of Propane upon pick up - we will work with you to manage this if filling the propane creates an issue upon your return. We will be happy to fill the tank for the next renter but will need to charge for the amount of the refill and a small fee for our time. The holding tanks will be empty and ready for your use upon pick up. If emptying the tanks creates an issue upon your return, we can also manage this for a small fee. Again, don't sweat these details upon returning as we know it may not be convenient for you. The RV will be fully fueled at pick up. This is a diesel powered RV so you may pay a little more for fuel but will greatly appreciate the efficiency of having to fuel up less often. If the RV is retuned less than full, we can fuel it back up and have it ready for the next renter, you will pay for the cost of the fuel and a small fee for our time. We also provide a Road Side Assistance Kit and a first aid kit. Please use these as you see fit. All electrical, water and sewer connections will be provided. RV Toilet Paper will be supplied because regular TP should not be used. Holding tank treatment will be supplied and should be added to the toilet after each dump-out. 4 Camping Chairs provided. We also have other camping equipment available upon request. Use of our Hitch-mounted tray-type bike rack to transport 1-4 bikes or a Hitch-mounted cargo rack with 16 Cubic Ft. water proof cargo bag for bringing along your beach chairs and toys, baby stroller, dog crate, BBQ grill, extra camping gear or golf clubs. We do not charge for these options and would rather you use our gear instead of your own as our gear is perfectly matched to fit the RV for clearances and size. If you are inexperienced with RVs, allow 30-45 minutes for a walk-through on how to use some of the features of the RV. We would be happy to talk to you in advance of your rental to discuss any concerns and answer any questions. No Festivals. Towing is not permitted unless discussed in advance with us - the hitch is only rated for 4200 pounds so we want to know what your towing and how you plan to do it. With the exception of an emergency, roof access is not permitted - There is a solar panel, roof vents, A/C unit, antenna and other sensitive and very expensive equipment on the roof. The roof is not designed for leisure or sunbathing. You could get hurt and/or cause serious damage. Our only expectation is that you relax and have a wonderful time. All we ask is that you treat our RV as if it's your own.
