Rental Rules To help keep our trailer in excellent condition for every guest, we kindly ask that you follow these rules: -No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. -No pets without prior approval. -No festivals, large parties, or off-road use. -Renters must be 25 years of age or older with a valid driver's licence. -If towing, renters must have a vehicle with the appropriate towing capacity and a functioning brake controller. -The trailer must be returned clean and in the same condition it was received. -Septic tanks must be emptied before return (or a dump fee will apply). -Propane should be refilled if significantly used. -Any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the security deposit. -No climbing or walking on the roof.
